GetMedicareSolutions was founded by two healthcare communication professionals from Chicago who have spent years helping people understand Medicare and health coverage options in simple, human language.
Both founders saw how confusing and stressful Medicare could be — even for educated people — and decided to create a free, independent educational resource where anyone can get clear, unbiased explanations.
Our core team combines hands-on experience in healthcare support, patient education, and insurance counseling, with a shared goal: to make Medicare guidance accessible, accurate, and stress-free.

Michael Reynolds
Co-Founder & Editor
Michael has over 15 years of experience in healthcare communication and patient support. Before launching GetMedicareSolutions, he worked with community programs in Illinois that helped older adults understand their insurance benefits. His mission has always been to make complex topics simple and accessible.
Linda Carter
Co-Founder & Content Director
Linda brings more than 12 years of experience in public health communication and educational writing. She has worked with several non-profit organizations focused on health literacy and senior wellness. Today, she leads our editorial process — ensuring every piece of content is not only factual but also written in plain, human language.
